19L Bottle Deposits
We use a sustainable circular system. When you start your journey with AquaScript, a small deposit is held for each 19L returnable bottle. This ensures we can keep high-quality polycarbonate containers in constant rotation.
Planning on leaving us? Don't worry, your deposits are fully refundable upon the return of our bottles in good condition. We've managed this process for 17 years to keep the UK green.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible business? We get it. Cooler rental agreements can be terminated with 30 days' notice. We'll simply swing by and collect the equipment at a time that suits you.
Delivery Schedules
We're dedicated to punctuality. While we aim for specific slots, traffic in cities like BT35 9PN can be unpredictable. We'll notify you via SMS if we're running more than 20 minutes behind.
Full Agreement
By placing an order with AquaScript, you're agreeing to our standard operating procedures. Our team works hard to maintain the highest purity standards in the water delivery industry.
The service agreement covers home and office delivery, water cooler maintenance, and the bespoke branding services we provide for special events. We believe simplicity is best, so we don't hide fine print.
