By accessing or using the services provided by MathVortex, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Service Agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the MathVortex platform in the UK and globally.
MathVortex provides advanced AI-driven mathematical forecasting and financial analytics. Our tools utilize neural networks and proprietary algorithms to assist UK enterprises in revenue prediction, demand planning, and operational optimization. These services are delivered via our cloud platform or integrated API solutions.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify MathVortex immediately of any unauthorized AI tools usage or security breaches. The accuracy of the forecasting outputs is heavily dependent on the quality of the data provided by the user.
MathVortex retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying AI models, software architecture, and mathematical frameworks. Clients maintain full ownership of the raw data they upload and the specific localized forecast reports generated for their internal use. Repurposing our proprietary algorithms is strictly prohibited under this service agreement UK.
Forecasting is an exercise in probability. MathVortex provides predictions based on historical patterns and real-time data; however, these are forecasts, not guarantees. MathVortex shall not be liable for any financial losses or business decisions made based on the AI output.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
